MEMBRANE INTEGRATION ACCORDING TO CURRENT STANDARDS

Penetrating a roof surface poses a risk of leakage. Therefore, JUAL integrates roof membrane on drainage products under controlled conditions in the factory. Stainless steel roof outlets for draining flat roofs are a significant part of JUAL's business. The roof outlets come in many varieties and dimensions.

We integrate roofing felt in many qualities on stainless steel flanges and roof foils in PVC and TPO on foil-coated steel plates. The attachment between the roof membrane and flange is continuously tested according to current standards.

TESTS AND APPROVALS IN OUR OWN TECHNOLOGY CENTERh

Among other things, we test flow capacities on drainage products and re-examine the attachment on all types of membrane-integrated products. In collaboration with our material suppliers, we continuously ensure that the requirements for UV and corrosion classes on our building profiles are met.

The capacities of JUAL's drainage products are tested according to EN1253-2, which defines requirements for drainage capacity, product design, materials, etc. Incoming materials are also manufactured according to current standards.
Testing and development take place in the technology center in Juelsminde, where we, among other things, test the capacity of drainage products. In an advanced testing facility, we can simulate the conditions the products are designed for, such as heavy rain, backwater, different drainage conditions, etc.

In the technology center, we can test and develop all products for function, durability, and not least ease of installation. We continuously carry out test installations, resulting in improved products.
