JUAL invests in advanced testing equipment
|

As a part of our focus on quality and safety we have
installed a tensile test machine in order to secure that our
production processes meet the highest demands.
The testing equipment is designed to tensile test all roof
membranes.
The equipment has been specified after DS/EN 1253, which is the
standard that forms the basis of the certification of the JUAL
Outlet System.
We can by means of this equipment supervise the critical process
of integrating the membrane to the outlet or lead-in.
It is a rather simple mechanism, where you pull in a material
until it doesn’t hold anymore but on top of it there is advanced
software to register the pulls and show them in statistic
diagrams for further analysis.
Our most important job is to ensure a tight roof and we want to
ensure that the integration of the membrane to our products as a
minimum can live up to the standard guaranteed by the membrane
manufacturers.
